Website hosting for growing businesses
One place for your website, your domain and your email — built for businesses trading in Iraq and reachable by someone when you need help.
What you actually get
Hosting is the server space that keeps your site online, plus the tools to run it day to day. Every plan here gives you cPanel, the same control panel across all three tiers, so upgrading later never means learning a new system. A free security certificate is included from the first day, so visitors see the padlock instead of a browser warning. What changes between tiers is how much storage, traffic headroom and mailbox capacity sits behind that dashboard — pick the tier that matches how busy your site already is, not how busy you hope it becomes.
Starter
A single business website or portfolio.
First term at the intro price, then $10/mo — shown before you pay.
Enough room for a brochure site, a blog or a landing page, with a free certificate so browsers show the padlock.
A consultant with a five-page site, a logo and a contact form fits comfortably here, with room left to add a blog.
Get startedBusiness
A busy site, or several sites on one account.
First term at the intro price, then $18/mo — shown before you pay.
More room and more power for shops and sites that get real traffic, plus unlimited mailboxes.
A shop running one storefront plus a few campaign landing pages is a typical fit — unlimited mailboxes mean the whole team gets an address on the company domain without paying per box.
Get startedPro
Stores and busy sites that can't afford to slow down.
First term at the intro price, then $30/mo — shown before you pay.
The largest allowance, with priority support when something needs a human quickly.
An agency running several client sites from one account, or a store that sees a traffic spike every time a sale goes live, is what this tier is sized for.
Get startedPrices shown are billed monthly. Pay annually or for 3 years at checkout for a lower rate.
24/7 support · Free migration · 30-day money-back · 99.9% uptime · Amsterdam datacenter
When you outgrow a plan
Moving from Business to Pro is a plan change on the same cPanel stack, not a rebuild — your site, mail and files stay where they are. If a project eventually needs more than shared hosting can give it, such as a dedicated database server or root access, the next step is a VPS. We don't sell VPS hosting on this brand; our sister company, Iraq Server, runs that side of the business, and we'll point a project there rather than squeeze it into a plan it has outgrown.
Moving an existing site
If your site already lives elsewhere, moving it is free, and support does the work rather than handing you an export tool and wishing you luck. Open an order through the portal and raise the migration with support before cancelling anything with the old host, so both stay live until the new one is confirmed working. Most migrations are done within 24 hours. There's no size or complexity cap on what qualifies — for a larger or more unusual site, support will look at what you have and confirm the timing for your move once they know what's involved; a five-page brochure and a store with years of order history don't take the same amount of time.
Support
Support runs 24/7, from the team that operates the platform rather than an outsourced desk, and answers in Arabic and English. Typical first response lands around 30 minutes — a target we work to, not a contractual guarantee. Questions about an order, a plan, or a live site go through the client portal or the contact page.
Payment and renewal
Every plan is priced in US dollars and shown at an intro price for the first term — monthly, annual, or three years, whichever cycle you pick at checkout — with the regular renewal price shown next to it before you pay. When a term ends, the plan renews automatically at that regular price unless it's cancelled from the portal first. Every order also carries a 30-day money-back window from the date it's placed.
Where it runs
Shared hosting runs from a datacenter in Amsterdam, Netherlands, on a network built for a stable uptime guarantee of 99.9%. Measured performance has generally run higher than that floor, but 99.9% is the figure we stand behind. Amsterdam is also one of Europe's best-connected internet hubs, giving traffic into Iraq and the wider region a well-peered route rather than a single long hop.
Frequently asked questions
- What's actually included in a hosting plan?
- Every plan includes cPanel, a free security certificate, and email on your own domain. Storage, traffic headroom and mailbox limits scale up from Starter to Pro.
- How is the price structured — what's the "intro" price?
- Each plan shows two numbers: an intro price for your first billing term and the regular price it renews at afterward. Both are shown before checkout, not just the low one.
- Which billing cycles can I choose?
- Monthly, annual, or three years. Prices on this page are shown at the monthly rate; annual and three-year terms carry a lower effective rate, set at checkout.
- What happens when my plan renews?
- It renews automatically at the regular price for that plan and cycle, shown on this page and again at checkout, unless it's cancelled from the portal beforehand.
- Which plan fits a small business site?
- Starter — it's built for a single site such as a brochure page, a portfolio or a small blog.
- Which plan fits a store or an agency running several sites?
- Pro — it carries the largest allowance on this page, sized for busy stores and agencies hosting more than one client site.
- Does hosting include a free SSL certificate?
- Yes, on every plan, from the first day — visitors see the padlock without any extra setup.
- How many mailboxes come with the Business plan?
- Business and Pro include unlimited mailboxes on your domain; Starter includes mailboxes sized for a single-site setup.
- Can I move an existing website to Iraq Hosting?
- Yes, and the migration is free — support handles the move rather than leaving you to export and import it yourself. Raise it after ordering, before cancelling the old host. Most migrations are done within 24 hours; for a larger or more unusual site, support will confirm timing once they've seen what needs to move.
- Can I upgrade later if I outgrow my plan?
- Yes, moving between tiers keeps your site on the same cPanel stack. For needs beyond shared hosting, such as root access, our sister brand Iraq Server offers VPS hosting.
- How do I reach support, and in which languages?
- Through the client portal or the contact page, in Arabic or English, 24/7. Typical first response is around 30 minutes.
- Where do I place an order?
- Through our client portal — every plan on this page links straight to its checkout.
- What's the refund policy?
- Every order carries a 30-day money-back window from the date it's placed — cancel inside that window from the portal for a refund.
- What uptime do you guarantee for shared hosting?
- 99.9%, the guarantee behind our infrastructure. Measured performance has generally run higher than that floor, but 99.9% is the number we publish and stand behind.
- Where are shared hosting servers located?
- Amsterdam, Netherlands — the same datacenter that runs our managed app hosting platform, on a well-connected European network reaching into Iraq and the wider region.
- How long does migration take?
- Usually within 24 hours. That's the typical case, not a guarantee — a larger or more unusual site takes support longer to move, and they'll confirm timing once they've had a look at what's involved.
